Established in 1995, our HQ is based in Johor, with branches in Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Penang. Our team of 60 members includes young professionals and experienced experts.

Job Description:

1. To interact with clients to understand their design needs, preferences, and budget requirements.
2. To get clients to buy off overall design proposal and quotation.
3. To negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
4. To present the company's portfolio, design flow and services, and design proposal to clients.
5. To prepare accurate quotations based on client specifications and design proposals.
6. To cultivate and maintain good relationships with clients by addressing concerns, providing excellent service, and maintaining open communication throughout the sales process.
7. To stay informed about design trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences to position the company effectively in the market.
8. To collaborate with the design team, QS, procurement, and project team to ensure seamless project implementation in terms of budget controlling, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Diploma / Degree in Interior Design/ Architecture or related field.
2. At least 5 years of relevant ID sales working experience.
3. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
4. Self-driven, confident, and positive attitude.
