Interior Architecture Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Creative and up-to-date with the current interior design trends/ materials/ fabrication methodology.
2. Responsible for producing 3D illustrations for submissions/ presentation use.
3. Responsible for producing detailed 2D layout/ detail/ sectional plans and drawings.
4. Perform site visits/ surveys for data collection purposes.
5. Work/ communicate/ brainstorm with various departments in smooth handling/ delivery of a turnkey project.
6. Propose and manage the materials according to the design and costs as per project budget.
7. Handling site supervision/ progress observation/ suppliers and vendors/contractors.
8. Assist project manager to prepare tender and bill of quantities documentation.
9. Conduct presentations to clients.
10. Prepare sample boards/ material specification sheets for client approval.
11. Knowledgeable & ensure adherence to the local building law and regulations.
12. Manage and plan the daily tasks of junior designer(s).
13. Check and validate the drawings of the junior designer(s).
14. Perform tasks and duties that abide with company ISO procedures, ISO goals and KPI.
15. Maintain records, documentation, correspondences and project information according to ISO requirements.
16. Follow through with yearly goals (OKR) aligned with the latest organizational directives.
17. Other tasks assigned on a daily basis.

Job Requirements:

1. At least Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture or equivalent.
2. At least 3 years working experience in related field.
3. Well versed in CAD software including AutoCAD.
4. Well versed in 3D software including 3D Max/ SketchUp.
5. Well versed in MS Office.
6. Excellent comprehension of technical drawings.
7. Independent and goal oriented.
8. Creative and articulate in communication.
9. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
