Intellectual Property Executive (Legal and IP focus)

• Managing and handling Intellectual Property (IP) applications.
• Assisting in all matters related to trademark, including filing, drafting submissions, attending to opposition and hearing matters.
• Promote IP services and meet clients' business objectives.
• Providing administrative and legal support to the company and legal team.
• Advising and counseling clients on various IP matters.
• Coordinate and manage the case management system.
• Ensure all IP matters are processed and handled in a timely and efficient manner in order to comply with appropriate regulations and deadlines.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree or equivalent. Candidates with Legal background or any other degree holders are encouraged to apply.
• Self-initiative and possess a high level of responsibility, accuracy, commitment and meticulousness.
• Ability to improvise and to work under pressure in a multi-task situation.
• Able to communicate professionally with clients and all members of the company.
• Organized, good time management and strong attention to details.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.

Language Proficiency:
Mandarin proficiency is highly desirable for communication with clients in China / HK / Taiwan / Asia region.
