Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven track record in business development or insurance advisory.
Solid understanding of insurance products and risk management principles.
Experience in lead generation and market research.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients across different industries.
Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in insurance, finance, or business development.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Risk Management, or a related field.
Must be able to work on-site in Georgetown, Penang.
Ability to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantage, especially in serving Mainland China Clients and expanding our local and regional market reach.
Digital marketing knowledge is a plus, especially in driving brand visibility and lead generation through online channels.
