- Report all the site technical issues to the Project Manager or any assigned personnel directed by the Company.
- To carry out site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with the contract specification and drawings, current legislation and Country & Local Council standards and policy.
- To assist, instruct, and advise contractors on site, on matters related to quality control and the interpretation of contracts documents.
- Attend site meetings.
- To liaise with project supervising officer as required.
- To assist MHT PM in coordinating with relevant stakeholders at site as and when necessary.
- To undertake Health and Safety monitoring on site.
- To prepare reports on progress, site activities and all other related issues.
- To ensure that agreed Council Policies, appropriate Standing Orders and Financial Regulations are followed in the performance of the duties of the post.
- To undertake any necessary training and development as deemed relevant to the duties and responsibilities of the post.
- Communicate with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Clients, or any related assigned personnel to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate feasibility and implementation of new equipment.
- Providing support during construction (where required) and coordinating design requirements with contractors and equipment suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with program constraints and budget.
- Ensure compliance with ISO Quality Procedure Manual; and
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as and when required or attend ad-hoc matters assigned by Superior.
