Insurance Specialist (General Insurance / Automotive)

Working days: 5 days (Mon-Fri)
Location: Redhill
Basic Salary: $2700 - $3000

Responsibilities

• Handle counter, email, and telephone inquiries for all general insurance classes.

• Provide insurance quotes and process motor insurance applications, renewals, cancellations, and document issuance, adhering to GIAS requirements.

• Monitor and follow up on customer support matters via spoken and written communication.

• Conduct telemarketing calls and assist with marketing campaigns as needed.

• Cross-sell all general insurance products through both spoken and written communication.

• Perform daily opening and closing tasks, including checking transaction records, NETS, and credit card terminals.

• Assist the Operations Executive with daily operations and ad-hoc projects or assignments.

• Complete required CPD training hours and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Undertake additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Requirements

• Based in branch/outlet to handle walk-in customers.

• Able to promote and upsell general insurance products

• Familiar with general insurance products and GIAS regulations.
