About the Role

Are you passionate about customer service and sales? As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring, maintaining, and growing business relationships with our executive accounts. You’ll be the primary commercial contact for our customers, adding value by identifying their needs, delivering exceptional service, and driving business growth through proactive sales efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:

  • Acquire, maintain, and develop business from transactional executive accounts and customer service accounts.
  • Build strong personal relationships with clients to understand and anticipate their needs.
  • Actively engage with customers via digital meetings, phone, email, and social media.
  • Present the company’s products, services, unique selling propositions (USPs), and value propositions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations and follow up to convert opportunities into successful deals.
  • Participate in sales campaigns to achieve set targets.
  • Upsell clients based on the entire portfolio of logistics services.

Sales Process Management:

  • Execute the full sales cycle: Identify, Qualify, Quote, Negotiate, Close, and Onboard new customers.
  • Support customer integration, onboarding, and go-live initiatives.
  • Achieving revenue targets and contribution levels.
  • Growing customer engagement and satisfaction (NPS scores).
  • Maintaining high sales quality standards and conversion ratios.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate reporting in Salesforce.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer-centric approach and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Active listening and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus.
  • Experience within the logistics environment is an advantage.
