Innomotics - Assistant Accounting Manager

Executing all aspects of accounting governance and performing closing and reporting activities for Innomotics entities in the Asia-Pacific region. This role offers the unique opportunity to actively participate in the accounting organization of our newly formed independent group. You'll make an impact by:

• Leading IT migration, digitalization, and process optimization initiatives.
• Managing financial statement reviews and following up on action items.
• Collaborating closely with CFOs and supporting them in key financial tasks and projects.
• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on complex accounting topics and providing training within the Finance community.
• Coordinating and supporting internal and external audit activities.
• Overseeing monthly closing activities, including the preparation and review of journal vouchers and audit reports.
• Leading all accounting governance, including advisory, closing, and reporting for Innomotics entities in the Asia-Pacific region.

You'd describe yourself as:

• An excellent communicator in English, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders, including senior management.
• A self-motivated, independent worker with strong analytical skills and adaptability to change.
• Skilled in SAP, particularly within the FI/CO module.
• Proficient in IFRS with expertise in accounting for construction contracts, forex, provisions, and accruals.
• Professionally qualified with ACCA, CPA, or CA credentials.
• Holding a degree in Accounting and Finance with over 10 years of experience in Big 4, multinational corporations, or similar environments.
