Equipment Inspection and Recording: Regularly perform daily inspections of data center equipment, including high and low voltage power distribution, UPS systems, diesel generators, cooling water systems, water pumps, cooling towers, chilled and freezing water pipelines, precision air conditioning terminals, and fans, and maintain proper records.
Monitoring System: Continuously monitor the power and environmental control systems.
Exception Handling: Make preliminary judgments on any anomalies or alarm information discovered during inspections and monitoring, and escalate as necessary.
Maintenance and Upkeep: Perform regular maintenance and upkeep of power distribution facilities.
Professional Support: Assist professional engineers in the specialized maintenance of infrastructure.
Emergency Response: Support in emergency repair and response situations.
Record Management: Organize and archive O&M records, and properly manage various documents, blueprints, materials, and tools.
Additional Duties: Assist with other tasks as assigned by superiors.
Qualifications:
Education: Full-time college diploma or higher in Electrical or HVAC-related fields.
Experience: Experience in data center operation, maintenance, or equipment installation is preferred.
Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of power distribution, HVAC principles, and standards is preferred. Proficiency in office software and CAD software is a plus.
Certifications: Possession of electrical worker certification, high-voltage entry certification, or refrigeration certification.
Skills: Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork skills, and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
