We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Support Consultant to join our growing team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and driving revenue growth through effective cross-selling strategies, content creation, and strong stakeholder relationship management. The ideal candidate will have a business or marketing background, a positive attitude, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Cross-Selling Plan Development & Execution
Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities within existing customer accounts and Net New Prospects
Develop and implement targeted cross-selling plans, including identifying potential products/services, crafting compelling messaging, and tracking results
Analyse customer data to identify trends and patterns that inform cross-selling strategies
Value Proposition Development
Understand our industry focus and develop value propositions that resonate with our target audience
Tailor value propositions to specific customer needs and pain points
Create compelling sales collateral, including presentations, brochures, and case studies, that highlight the value of our offerings
Content Production
Develop engaging and informative content that supports sales efforts, including blog posts, articles, white papers, and social media content
Collaborate with marketing to ensure consistent brand messaging and content strategy
Maintain and update sales materials and content library
Represent VISEO brand and participate in physical and virtual events
Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales team members, and internal departments
Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information
Proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns
Presentation Development
Create compelling and professional sales presentations that effectively communicate our value proposition
Collate and analyse data to support presentation content and demonstrate ROI that includes both qualitative & quantitative metrics
Ensure presentations are personalized to specific audiences and objectives
Prepare a catalogue of VISEO’s offering by targeted Industry, Buyer Persona and Geography
Sales Support
Provide general sales support, including preparing proposals, managing sales documentation, and coordinating meetings
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team
Assist with sales campaigns and marketing initiatives
Profile:
Bachelor's degree in information Technology, Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in sales support, marketing, or customer service (preferred).
Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player
