1.Execute Strategy: Execute the Organization's technology strategy. Identify opportunities for technology-driven innovations that enhance hospital processes and support growth. Develop and monitor IT policies and procedures.
2.Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control. Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize cost-effectiveness and value.

4.Team Leadership: Mentor, manage, and develop IT staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and professional growth. Ensure that the team stays current with industry trends and maintains relevant skills.
5.Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of IT services.
6.Digital Transformation: Oversee the lifecycle of various business applications, ensuring they meet user needs and business requirements. Implement enhancements to improve functionality, performance, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and drive the development and deployment of application updates. Ensure that all applications are optimized for efficiency and scalability.

10.Reporting and KPI Management: Establish and maintain a system for regular reporting on IT performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs). Ensure transparency and accountability through clear and concise reporting to stakeholders.
