The D365 IT Business Consultant is the main person and project manager for these areas. You must have the ability to effectively lead and work & communicate within diverse multi-functional teams, using deep knowledge of the category to drive improvements in quality, service, risk, cost, and technological capability of our IT base.
The role requires outstanding technical, communication, and leadership skills and an ability to develop innovative (technical & non-technical) solutions that push boundaries. Success in this role is dependent on process improvement, system familiarization, strategic execution, and customer satisfaction in-and-external organization.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Reporting directly to the IT BC Team Leader, Malaysia, you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across the company to achieve operations excellence & optimization plans that reduce costs and increase quality and process efficiency.
Key Competencies and Skills
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an ERP Functional Consultant, preferably in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Work independently and as a self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Experience in Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering / Consulting.
• Capable team player.
• Planning and coordinating projects.
• Diligence in Concept Design and Process Modelling.
