Information Technology Application Support

Job description:

1. To provide prompt end-user support, troubleshoot problems and update the helpdesk ticketing system.
2. Coordinate with vendor for ERP system change request, integration and system support.
3. Responsible for managing users' access for the company computerized systems, perform and verify backup data of all servers, maintenance and oversee entire company software.
4. Lead and support IT implementation of new project/system and conduct IT training when required.
5. Responsible for executing and assisting in the planning, organising, and management of various assigned IT projects, ensuring they are delivered in accordance with scope, cost, and quality standards.
6. To compare and recommend IT software or services as required.
7. To manage and improve company business systems to ensure business continuity and zero downtime for smooth and effective operation.
8. Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job requirement:

1. Must possess Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing or equivalent.
2. At least 1-2 years experience in Business Information Technology, MIS/IT or related field.
3. Experience in ERP net application is mandatory and retail background.
4. Strong communication skills, to interact with business units and team members.
5. Knowledge in retail business process mapping, e-commerce is an advantage.
6. Knowledge in SQL script is an advantage.
