Responsibilities

Job Description

1. System/Desktop/Laptop/Server support
2. Support for all service requests of system infrastructure support
3. Analyzes, installs, acquires, and implements projects for LAN/WANs
4. Mainly technical support to servers infrastructure - VM, servers, storage, backup, etc. Technical support to employees for network infrastructure and internal desktop systems software and hardware.
5. May participate in the development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
6. May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
7. Analyzes, installs, acquires, modifies, and supports operating systems, database, or utilities software.

Qualification

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer
2. At least 2-4 years in a similar environment
3. With Linux administration/support experience
4. HP Unix experience will be an added advantage
5. Able to communicate and liaise well with others
