Information Security & Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Maintain daily network operations (network, server) including but not limited to:

1. Network routine performance assessment, troubleshooting network issues and outages (LAN & WAN).
2. Administer firewall settings in line with IT security policy.
3. Server & Storage performance, Server Backup Plan, propose & manage new network-related projects with proper project management.

• Implementation of new technologies and platforms for supporting on-premise network and connectivity to cloud environments (AWS & Azure).
• Design, implement, and manage cloud network infrastructure, including virtual networks, subnets, and security groups, across multiple cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.
• Perform troubleshooting, identify root causes, and follow up on problem resolution until completion.
• Coordinate with application teams & end users regarding systems & information security issues.
• Safeguard the network systems by creating and applying policies, along with monitoring access.
• Assist with planning and implementing application systems upgrades.
• Document the design, operation, and troubleshooting of technology platforms and procedures.

Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
• 3 - 5 years of working experience in related fields.
• Candidates with experience and leadership qualities will be considered for more senior positions.
• Knowledge in LAN/WAN/Wireless environments, IT Security, or Internet technology.
• Experience in Windows OS, Azure Cloud Infrastructures, AWS, Active Directory, security policies setup, backup & recovery, or network equipment such as routers, firewalls, switches, M365, etc.
• Self-motivated, multi-tasking, and willing to take on challenges.
• Strict adherence to policies, procedures, and security practices.
• Good organization, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
