Position Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding and maintaining relationships with top-tier influencers and MCN agencies, driving live streaming collaborations, and optimising sales performance through data analysis. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the social media landscape , and the ability to think strategically to enhance our social e-commerce presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Maintain Influencer Partnerships: Identify and collaborate with top-tier live-stream influencers and MCN agencies, fostering long-term relationships and exploring potential new partnerships.
  • Influencer Resource Management: Utilise various channels to discover and leverage promotion resources to acquire influencer collaborations, negotiate e-commerce partnerships, and expand influencer networks.
  • Sales Data Analysis: Analyse influencer product sales data and backend traffic data, providing insights and suggestions to optimise live streaming collaborations and enhance live-commerce performance.
  • Product and Business Mechanism Optimisation: Utilise data analysis to configure product assortments and business mechanisms for influencers, support live-stream sales, and follow up on e-commerce partnership projects, maintaining strong business relationships.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor or above degree, with a minimum of 3 years of live streaming experiences, with a deep understanding of the live streaming market. Candidates with top-tier influencer resources are preferred.
  • Strong market sensitivity with excellent market analysis and judgment capabilities.
  • Quick thinking, strong adaptability, excellent event execution abilities, and a proactive work attitude with a team-oriented spirit.
  • Strong communication skills and business negotiation abilities.
  • Focus on influencer-driven sales growth while also contributing to improvements in self-broadcasting performance.
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin bilingual will be preferred.
