Industrial Truck Driver (Yong Peng, Johor)

Responsibilities

1. Management of vehicles & machinery.
2. Ensure all machinery is working in good condition to achieve maximum output and meet technical requirements set by the client/consultant.
3. Ensure that vehicles and machinery are cleaned and ready for use at all times.
4. Report immediately any damage to vehicles and machinery.
5. Maintain daily work as per OSHA, JKKP, and safety requirements.
6. Inspect and ensure all safety equipment (beacon, directional light, etc.) are in good condition and functioning.
7. Ensure all machinery is sent for periodical services, PUSPAKOM inspection, and is recorded accordingly.
8. Ensure that the assigned machinery is sent to the designated workshop according to the servicing schedule and/or repair requirements.
9. Ensure the cleanliness of the plant and machinery upon completion of work and maintain cleanliness as practically as possible.
10. Cooperate with team members and demonstrate the level of skills using machinery.
11. Undertake responsibility to supervise the work in the absence of the supervisor.
12. Assist the supervisor in executing the daily site progress report.
13. Ensure machinery is ready before work starts.
14. Capable of operating more than 3 machines.
15. Deliver items in good condition.
16. Ensure no defects and no rework caused by machine operation.
17. Adhere to safe working practices at the work site following HSE requirements.
18. Ensure all work conducted complies with Work Instructions as approved.
19. Responsible for submitting monthly machinery reports to the Plant Supervisor at the Region Office.
20. Inform the Plant Supervisor of the specified location of works prior to mobilizing to the location and after completion of the assigned works.
21. Attend the site as scheduled.
22. Report to the team leader in case of an emergency or any medical leave.
23. Dress code at the site must be proper and follow guidelines.

Requirements

1. Minimum Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia / Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia.
2. Minimum 2 years working experience as a truck driver with D, GDL, E, and H licenses.
