Job Description

The Data Analytics & RPA Intern will join our IT Department’s MIS Section to assist in developing data-driven dashboards, supporting RPA initiatives (including the rPAntas Project), and conducting thorough testing to ensure solutions meet business needs. This internship provides a hands-on learning experience, mentorship from industry professionals, and an opportunity to work on impactful projects that enhance organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Visualization & Data Analytics

1. Assist in creating and refining dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support informed decision-making.
2. Help clean, organize, and integrate data from various sources to ensure accurate reporting.
3. Contribute to the generation of actionable insights that drive operational improvements.

rPAntas Project Support

1. Collaborate with the MIS team to identify and map processes suitable for RPA automation.
2. Assist in the design, development, and deployment of RPA workflows under the guidance of senior colleagues.
3. Document process flows, maintain project logs, and help troubleshoot any automation-related issues.

Testing & Validation

1. Participate in testing activities for both data analytics solutions and RPA implementations.
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to validate system outputs against business requirements.
3. Identify and escalate any discrepancies or errors for resolution, contributing to high-quality deliverables.

Collaboration & Learning

1. Engage in regular check-ins with project leads and mentors to discuss progress, challenges, and learning goals.
2. Proactively share ideas and propose improvements based on observations and data analysis.
3. Attend team meetings, workshops, and training sessions to develop technical and professional skills.

Placement Requirements

1. Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource / Corporate Communication / Mass Communication / Marketing / Graphic Design / Information Technology and Others.
2. Intern MUST at least be pursuing Degree level qualification.
3. Official letter from University indicating the requirement to complete internship to complete the Degree qualification.
4. Preferably candidates with CGPA of 3.00 and above.
5. 3 - 6 months of internship duration.
6. Computer skills will be an advantage.
7. Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills (English and Malay).
