Key Responsibilities

1. Operations and Resilience Support:
2. Assist in conducting risk assessments and control evaluations.
3. Support the planning and execution of business continuity initiatives.
4. Monitor key performance indicators and assist in compliance reporting.
5. Project and Initiative Support:
6. Provide assistance in activities linked to organizational projects and initiatives.
7. Support system integration and transition tasks within key projects.
8. Business Support & Day-to-Day Operations:
9. Assist in managing daily operations while supporting essential business functions.
10. Contribute to major system upgrades and technology enhancements.
11. Work on projects to improve efficiency and performance.
12. Readiness and Response Support:
13. Collaborate with teams to ensure operational readiness.
14. Support related activities during business hours and critical times.

Placement Requirements

1. Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource / Corporate Communication / Mass Communication / Marketing / Graphic Design / Others
2. Intern MUST at least be pursuing Degree level qualification.
3. Official letter from University indicating the requirement to complete internship to complete the Degree qualification.
4. Preferably candidates with CGPA of 3.00 and above.
5. 3 - 6 months of internship duration.
6. Computer skills will be an advantage.
7. Good verbal, written, and visual communication skills (English and Malay).
