Responsibilities:
Taking charge of Industrial Relation related to Open Door Cases, grievances, disciplinary issues, coaching and counselling, and termination process, managing and overseeing all Domestic Inquiry cases. Contact person to Labor office.
Able to manage complex employee relations and industrial relation matters relating to staff grievances, disciplinary procedures, performance management, coaching and counselling.
Able to transfer knowledge and know-how (application) to junior level of Employee Relations.
Plan, coordinate and manage various ER activities and promote amsOSRAM values - Great Place to Work.
Conduct and manage Domestic Inquiry (DI) proceedings in accordance with legal advisors, government, and statutory agencies.
Understanding the compliance RBA.
Performance related duties and responsibilities when required from time to time, e.g., projects.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related studies.
Minimum 8-10 years in Employee Relation.
Strong knowledge of employment act, trade union, and contract law.
Good leadership skills. Ability to guide and lead 3-4 personnel in Employee Relation team onsite.
