Operation Management of Industrial Sales Section: Overall operation management of Industrial Sales Section in domestic & export market.
Supply and Demand Management of the industrial products in domestic & export market.
Marketing Strategy Management: Responsible for the sales plan, sales performance, new product development, products promotion in domestic & export market.
Complaint Management: To manage complaints from customers in domestic & export market.
Make business scheme better to expand business growth.
Identify business opportunity for new product development.
Set hypothesis for sales expansion and implement the sales support or new product.
Industrial Operation Management: Responsible for managing the operation issues of the Industrial Products in domestic & export market.
Supply and Demand Management: To manage supply and demand in order to ensure meeting the customers’ demand of Industrial Products.
Marketing Strategy Management:
Sales: To plan annual sales target of the affiliates and budget of Industrial Products. To monitor the sales performance of the affiliates.
Products Promotion: To promote products through promotion plan in cooperation with FDA and the affiliates.
Product Profitability: To manage the product profitability at planned gross profit (GP) and operating profit (OP) level by having a deep understanding on the costing structure of Industrial Products.
Any other responsibilities assigned by superiors from time to time.
Job Requirement
Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Food Technology / Nutrition / Dietetics.
Preferably at least 3 years of related working experience.
Preferably Executive specializing in Sales / Marketing or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese, Mandarin language for both spoken and written.
