Supporting daily operation tasks of SAP Business Objects team

Job Description

In your new role you will:

1. Learn about the daily operation tasks of SAP Business Objects team:
2. Perform daily server health check.
3. Handle permission service request tasks.
4. Handle incident tickets.
5. Investigate the failed recurring reports and contact users to provide necessary guidance.
6. Self-Learning: Concept of Denodo and basic SQL Server & Oracle SQL.
7. Participate in meetings.

Your Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or any relevant course.
2. Basic knowledge of SQL.
3. Good analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
4. Good communication skills and a proactive team player.
5. Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
