Summary Of Role

As an Industrial Engineer, you’ll collaborate with other members of the Industrial Engineering department, Finance, Facilities, Manufacturing Engineering & Product Integration teams to support Capital Expenses, assist with fab capacity data and ultimately improve factory output and reduce cycle time. Clear communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Essential Responsibilities Include

1. Understand Capital processes and support Capital execution/tracking
2. Understand Capacity Planning Systems and methods to calculate fab capacity/cycle time
3. Create detailed documentation of business processes, IE specifications, and operating procedures
4. Support various departments in improving factory output using advanced analytics
5. Participate in and/or lead process improvement teams and other small project technical teams

Other Responsibilities

1. Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs

Required Qualifications

1. Education – Graduate of Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering or related field with at least 2 years' working experience
2. Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
4. Knowledge of Factory Physics and Principles

Preferred Qualifications

1. Prior related internship or co-op experience.
2. Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.
3. Project management skills, i.e. the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
5. Strong planning & organizational skills
6. Knowledge of Wafer Fab Production
7. Knowledge of Capacity Planning
8. Lean six sigma certification

Shift Pattern

Candidates must be able to work in the following shifts:

1. 8.15AM - 5.15PM - Morning Shift
2. 1.00PM - 10.00PM - Afternoon Shift
3. 11.00PM - 8.00AM - Night Shift
