About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an Indoor Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team at UTOPIA HOLIDAY SDN. BHD. This full-time role will be based in Kuala Lumpur. As an Indoor Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial part in achieving the company's sales goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

1. Engaging with potential customers through inbound and outbound sales calls to identify their travel needs and requirements
2. Providing personalised travel solutions and recommendations to customers
3. Closing sales by converting customer enquiries into bookings and securing repeat business
4. Maintaining detailed records of all customer interactions and sales activities
5. Collaborating with the wider sales team to share best practices and support each other in achieving targets
6. Continuously expanding your knowledge of travel products, destinations and industry trends

What we're looking for

1. Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the travel industry
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers
3. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills to effectively handle customer queries and objections
4. Passion for the travel industry and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
5. Ability to work well in a team and contribute to the achievement of shared goals
6. Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software
