INDOOR MEDICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CUSTOMER SERVICE)

This position is responsible for generating sales revenue for the company from an assigned list of clients and building their trust (virtual/online mode).

Responsibilities:

1. Sales:
   1. Identify sales opportunities and handle both inbound and outbound calls to follow up.
   2. Achieve sales targets.
   3. Plan and work towards achieving targets.
   4. Submit daily reports to immediate manager on time.
   5. Submit original sales order forms to the office.
   6. Return sales order books back to the office once finished.
2. Marketing:
   1. Create brand awareness.
   2. Utilize marketing materials provided by management.
3. Collection:
   1. Ensure customers pay overdue outstanding amounts within 30 days.
   2. Monitor customer payment patterns.
   3. Keep track of payments received.
   4. Submit all payment transaction proofs, including cheques or cash collected, to the company on time.
   5. Return official receipt books back to the office once finished.
4. Customer Relationship:
   1. Resolve any issues raised by customers as soon as possible.
   2. Maintain product knowledge to answer customer questions.
   3. Use excellent oral communication and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers.
5. Competitor Knowledge:
   1. Conduct competitor analysis.
   2. Share market information with the management team.
