Job Description

1. Provide independent governance oversight, ensuring compliance with local and international regulatory frameworks.
2. Guide the strategic direction of the platform's Vietnam operations, supporting investment decision-making and risk management.
3. Foster high-level relationships with government agencies, regulators, and key industry stakeholders.
4. Contribute to board discussions and strategic reviews, with quarterly board meetings and monthly executive engagements.

The Successful Applicant

1. Proven leadership at the board or senior executive level within Vietnam's renewable energy sector.
2. Extensive experience navigating Vietnam's regulatory environment and engaging with government bodies.
3. Strong background in corporate governance, strategic decision-making, and risk management.
4. Demonstrated ability to drive long-term value creation within large-scale energy infrastructure projects.
