Inbound Travel Group Operations Executive

The Role: The candidate reports to the Sn Operations Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and executing daily group and MICE operations. Their KPI is to ensure the on-ground group's quality delivery is implemented.

Responsibilities

• Daily operations: Hotel booking, rooming list, logistic management, attraction, and restaurant bookings for Groups and MICE.
• On-field supervision and servicing when the group is on tour. The job will be beyond the regular office hour for peak season.
• Invoicing and managing P&L on file.

• A minimum of five years of experience working in a travel agency Group/MICE division, event companies, or the travel industry.
• Min. Diploma in Tourism Management, preferably in tourism and/or hospitality studies; or in lieu of this, relevant working experience. Tour Guides with strong administrative qualities seeking office administrative work are encouraged to apply.
• A person who is organized with high attention to detail. Able to analyze situations and come up with solutions quickly.
• Excellent command and communication skills in English. Ability to read and write.
• Mandarin is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Ability to use Canva/Design is an advantage.
• Good attention to detail and a quick learner. Being an excellent team player is crucial.
• An ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and flexible working hours, especially during peak season.
• The candidate will be working in a team; hence a strong team player is required.
• The work requires you to be in-office at PJ8 Petaling Jaya.
