Job Description

SAP FICO Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Lead threads of projects and initiatives to deploy new functionality and/or enhance existing functionality.
2. Understand business processes and how underlying configuration and data supports or enables related processes.
3. Analyze, refine and document requirements as part of defined projects and initiatives.
4. Recommend and configure solutions with a focus on providing business value.
5. Test and implement solutions.
6. Support and enhance solutions, continually looking for opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Provide routine support to FICO module users.
8. Resolve Service Request tickets in accordance with agreed upon SLAs.
9. Respond to inquiries and/or issues.
10. Perform ad-hoc queries and requests for data.
11. Prepare end-user training and job aids.
12. Conduct in-house training for end-users and team members on application specific functionality.
13. Work independently to complete enhancements and change orders by developing new and expanding upon existing solutions in the FICO modules.
14. Introduce Best Practice and process improvement ideas wherever appropriate.
15. Train and mentor junior team members.
16. Actively participate as a member of the GIS team in activities that include communications, status meetings and internal initiatives.
17. Adhere and contribute to GIS processes, procedures and policies, as well as expanding internal GIS knowledge on the processes and functionality used by the company.
18. Maintain a current awareness of SAP product developments and trends and determine how they can be used to enhance productivity within the company.
19. Other duties as assigned.

SAP SD Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Expert in Sales & Distribution (SD) capabilities and integration points with other modules, interfaces and bolt-ons.
2. Expert in configuration of SAP SD including master data and pricing, order management and processing, delivery, transportation and invoicing.
3. Reviews evolving SAP technologies and proposes innovative solutions and/or enhancements to existing business processes in SD domain.
4. Provides guidance for design alternatives and communication across functional and technical areas of projects in SD domain.
5. Establishes and manages the scope and quality of the areas of responsibility.
6. Program / Project management in compliance with Shure project methodology.
7. Processes design and/or leads across-board, complex, tightly integrated business processes.
8. Works with senior IT leadership to establish new and improve existing processes and procedures.
9. Leads the development of new SAP functionality and/or business process improvement by overseeing project teams which includes preparing charters, budgets, and resource plans to accomplish objectives.
10. Supports and drives the application architecture in SAP and other technologies and/or influences business process change.
11. Sets expectations for area of responsibility, establishing priorities, and documenting potential scope changes that may impact project budget.
12. Partners with SAP Development to coordinate cross-team resource allocation in support projects, change orders, and maintenance activities.
13. Communicates SAP technical information in non-technical terms to all levels within the company.
14. Develop procedures to monitor and report on SAP team’s work and performance by measuring customer satisfaction, preparing progress reports, providing weekly status updates.
15. Works with external business partners when required.
16. Leads Business-IT prioritization sessions with divisional directors.
17. Assists and mentors less experienced peers.
18. Perform other duties as assigned.

SAP Applications Developer

Responsibilities

1. Participates in project blueprint workshops to support requirement gathering, fit gap analysis and preparation of solution alternatives.
2. Collaborates with the functional analysts/leads globally to design, build and test a variety of SAP objects including reports, interfaces, conversion, enhancements, forms and workflows.
3. Translates requirements and functional specifications into technical solutions (specifications, tested code, technical documentation).
4. Supports performance tuning and maintenance activities as needed and ensures technical solutions meet the performance guidelines and standards.
5. Supports the study and recommendation of new and existing technologies / features.
6. Conducts design reviews, code reviews per best practices and established SDLC guidelines.
7. Proactively monitors and supports the production landscape to address issues in a timely fashion.
8. Understands the development life cycle both from a project/process perspective and technically to ensure the proposed solutions are sustainable, maintainable and meet business needs.

Job Requirements

SAP FICO Analyst

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or Business discipline or equivalent work experience in a relevant business area (Finance/Accounting). Graduate coursework is desirable.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience using skills as a seasoned, experienced professional in an ERP supported business environment working with SAP-ECC and SAP-BW systems.
3. Good hands-on configuration experience in various SAP FICO areas such as AA/AP/AR/GL/Cost center accounting/Internal Orders/Product Costing/Profit Center Accounting/Profitability Analysis/Intercompany/Workflow knowledge/SAP Treasury/Month/Year end support experience.
4. At least 3 full cycle SAP implementation project with hands-on project experience designing, testing and implementing FICO.
5. Demonstrated work experience showcasing expertise in FICO integration with other SAP Modules (SD, PP, MM, HR).
6. Understands business processes in their area and how underlying configuration and data supports or enables related processes.
7. Has a full understanding of industry practices and/or company policies and procedures.
8. Able to work on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data or situations requires evaluation of identifiable factors.
9. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions for difficult assignments and of diverse scope.
10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong project management skills.
11. Good problem solving and root cause analysis skills.
12. Ability to travel occasionally if required.
13. Overtime if project deadlines dictate.

SAP SD Analyst

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Functional/technical proficiency with at least 2+ full lifecycle SAP implementations and 4+ years of global enterprise and/or consulting experience in SAP SD systems implementation and support of a live environment.
3. Good Understanding of overall technology trends including SAP and non-SAP environments and tools.
4. Must have prior experience and expertise in SAP SD – Order Management & Pricing modules and interface with MM, PP and FICO modules. Also should have knowledge of how to support CRM front end.
5. Global implementation experience in following regions - Americas, EMEA & Asia is a plus.
6. Expertise and proven track record in managing and delivering programs/projects on-time using implementation methodology like ASAP.
7. Experience with adhering to budgets.
8. Team-player, Self-motivated and possess good negotiation, interpersonal and good written and verbal communication skills.
9. Willingness to travel to Shure global facilities if needed.
10. Able to coach & provide guidance to subordinates.
11. Familiarity with in cloud CRM solution & agile methodologies is a plus.

SAP Applications Developer

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
2. Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a SAP ABAP developer in various roles, with at least 4+ years of that in implementation projects and 2+ years in CRM.
3. Expertise in Object Oriented ABAP, ALE/IDOCs, BAPIs, Enhancement Framework, Forms and interfacing technologies like REST, SOAP services.
4. Experience to CRM Development frameworks like GenIL, AET and BOL.
5. Experience in RFC, File, XML and related programming techniques in SAP.
6. Knowledge of ITS, Barcode and label printing would be an additional benefit.
7. Working knowledge of SAP ECC (key modules like SD, MM, PP, FICO), BW, CRM. Exposure to APO, DMS, PLM and WCEM is a plus.
8. Good communication skills, customer excellence focus and organizational skills.
9. Exposure to ASAP methodology preferred.
