In-House Lawyer

We are looking for agile and fast-learning people to join us!

As part of our legal team, you are responsible for the internet policy, assisting in legal matters, and providing support across the group in corporate, commercial, advisory, and litigation matters. You will be acting as an independent and objective administrator to review the group's daily legal & policy activities.

Requirements

1. Qualified lawyer, preferably with in-house experience.
2. Degree or above in Law with 3-10 years of relevant experience in a law firm or financial institution.
3. 3 - 10 years of solid licensing administration, risk control, compliance, or legal experience.
4. Familiarity with Telecom and Datacenter will be an advantage.
5. Able to identify potential risks; provide valid recommendations and preventive measures with excellent written English.
6. Efficient with good time management.
7. Mature, independent, self-disciplined, proactive, able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills.
8. Business travel is required.
9. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
