[Immediate Hiring] Basic Rm2,800 Mandarin Speaker Customer Service Officer for Telco Service @ PJ

Job Responsibility

1. Handling all inbound calls, Email, and Live Chat pertaining to customer general inquiries, complaints, comments, feedbacks and other issues related to the company’s services.
2. To exceed customer’s expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
3. Work in a team to achieve the required KPI elements SLA.
4. Troubleshoot technical problems of telecommunication services.
5. Assist in solving common technical problems.
6. Provide primary technical advice to customers with practical information and tools.

Job Requirements

1. Applicants with SPM level qualification and above are welcome.
2. Proficiency in Mandarin is a must for this position (Read, Speak, Type).
3. Basic English required for this role.
4. Have no issue working on a 7am – 3am Rotational shift (9 hours per shift including 1 hour break time).
5. Willing to commit to 5 days work per week (Rotational 2 off days per week).
6. Willing to work on weekends or public holidays based on shift arrangement.
7. Able to start working on 7 October 2024.
8. Have no issue being fully based at Petaling Jaya, Selangor Office.

Job Benefits

1. Monthly Salary: RM2,800 Basic Salary + Night Shift allowance up to RM400 + KPI allowance up to RM500.
