at our location in Kuala-Lumpur

You will enjoy having these responsibilities:

Network Design, Development, and Testing:

1. Assist in developing technical solutions for communications backbone networks, including switches, routers, firewalls, fiber optics, and UTP cables.
2. Create diagrams and visual representations of network architectures using tools like AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, or similar software.
3. Participate in the testing and validation of network designs to ensure performance and reliability.
4. Contribute to the development and documentation of network configurations.

Technical Bid Support:

1. Assist in preparing tender and proposal documentation for submission to customers, focusing on the technical aspects.
2. Review bid requirements and contribute to the development of technical proposal outlines, templates, and compliance matrices.
3. Conduct research on industry standards, best practices, and emerging technologies in communications networks to enhance proposal content.
4. Gather relevant technical information to support the development of innovative and compliant solutions.

Project Implementation Support:

1. Provide general technical support during the implementation phase of projects, including assisting with system integration activities.
2. Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of project tasks.
3. Support troubleshooting efforts for technical issues that arise during implementation.
4. Perform quality checks to ensure all proposal documents are properly formatted, organized, and ready for submission.

You have:

1. Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management tools.
3. Effective written and verbal communication skills are essential for drafting proposals.
4. A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in bid documents and administrative tasks.
5. Basic understanding of networking concepts (e.g., switches, routers, firewalls, VLANs, IP addressing).
6. Experience with diagramming tools such as AutoCAD, Microsoft Visio, or Lucidchart (preferred but not mandatory).
7. The ability to adapt to changing priorities, requirements, and deadlines is essential in a dynamic business environment.
8. Effective communication, both verbal and written, is key when liaising with stakeholders, negotiating contract terms, and documenting agreements.
9. Strong organizational skills are essential for managing multiple bids, contracts, and deadlines simultaneously.
10. Can work in team, proactive and self-motivated.
11. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
12. Good multitasking and organizational skills.
