In your role, you will be assigned to work on Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Editor, Communications, Event Management and Brand Management.

Key responsibilities:

  1. Handle incoming calls to the main phone number.
  2. Greet and direct employees and visitors.
  3. Process meeting room requests via phone or online system, manage equipment when needed.
  4. Ensure optimal workspace and meeting room occupancy.
  5. Perform in the defining of team member responsibilities, work processes, and team goals.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in any field.
  2. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Knowledge in using computer, knowledge of Word and Excel applications.
  4. Strong customer service and administrative skills.
  5. Positive attitude and professionalism.
