Hygiene Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Johore, Malaysia. The Hygiene Manager will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout the hotel. Daily tasks will include conducting regular inspections, implementing hygiene policies, training staff on hygiene protocols, and overseeing the sanitation of all areas within the establishment. The Hygiene Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with health regulations and will report directly to the General Manager.

1. Experience in hygiene management or similar roles, preferably in the hospitality industry
2. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and sanitation practices
3. Strong organizational and leadership skills
4. Ability to conduct training sessions and educate staff on hygiene protocols
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Proficiency in using hygiene management software and tools
7. Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred
8. Certifications in hygiene management or health and safety are a plus
