[Hybrid] Finance Manager (Data Centre) (Johor)

Randstad is partnering up with a leading data center provider and they are looking for a finance manager to join their expanding team!

about the job

This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial activities while partnering closely with senior leadership, including providing strategic financial insights to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily financial and accounting functions, including third-party service providers, to ensure seamless operations across accounts payable/receivable, taxation, statutory audits, SST compliance, and cost management.
2. Support financial reporting processes, including variance analysis, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
3. Provide financial insights and recommendations to aid management in strategic decision-making.
4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, statutory obligations, and internal financial policies.
5. Prepare and review monthly financial reports with senior leadership and HQ, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
6. Drive the company's budget planning process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
7. Serve as the primary liaison for key external stakeholders, including banks, regulatory authorities, and vendors.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications (e.g., ACCA).
2. 8-10 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
3. Strong analytical, decision-making, and financial management skills.
4. Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus.
5. Background in a Big Four firm is an advantage.
6. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
