[Hybrid] Education Counsellor (1 year Contract)

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Nippon Study Support Center 日本留学支援协会 (大马) as an Education Counsellor on a 1-year contract basis. In this hybrid role, your primary focus will be assisting to promote educational programs to prospective students for studying abroad.

What you'll be doing

• Participate in all education fairs & willing to work during weekends for promotional campaigns (weekend allowances will be provided)
• Assist and support various marketing and promotional activities
• Work as part of a team to achieve company sales targets
• Support the company in other related activities

What we're looking for

• Minimum qualification: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/'A' Level/Pre-U (any field)
• Fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome (on-the-job training provided)
• Language: Proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese (will be an added advantage)
• Coachable, adaptive to new sales strategies, and eager to learn
• Outgoing, people-friendly personality with good interpersonal skills
• Passionate about helping students choose the best higher education pathways
• Highly driven, sales-oriented, and results-focused
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Willingness to travel
