Job requirements:

• Malaysian, proficient in listening, speaking, reading and writing in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus, and Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Good image and temperament; bachelor's degree required.
• Graduated from human resources, business administration, accounting, law, or other related majors; hospital or clinic work experience preferred.
• More than 2 years of human resources and administrative work experience; familiar with official document writing format; proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other office software.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; cheerful and lively personality; hardworking and studious; able to withstand work pressure; conscientious and careful work; strong sense of responsibility and integrity.

Job responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recruitment and introduction of company employees.
• Manage procedures for employee entry, transfer, promotion, resignation, and signing and termination of labor contracts.
• Oversee social security procedures for company employees.
• Manage company personnel files and various personnel reports.
• Handle employee attendance management and verification.
• Coordinate with banks and tax departments.
• Manage the company's qualification maintenance, change, and renewal.
• Assist the company manager in training and performance appraisal of employees.
• Help organize and plan various activities, meetings, receptions, public relations, and corporate culture building.
• Responsible for all administrative and logistical work of the company.
• Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.
