Assisting with day-to-day efficient operation of the human resources.
Maintain and update employees' personal information in employee files and payroll system.
Checking overtime claims and allowances.
Prepare monthly payroll summary and overtime report.
Responsible for generating and preparing timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, Socso, and Income Tax.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring of qualified candidates.
Coordinate and conduct employee onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
Handle employee relations matters, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Develop and oversee performance appraisal processes to evaluate employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training needs, design training programs, and organize development initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating company policies as needed to reflect changes in legislation.
Contribute to the development of HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
Diploma/Degree in HR Management.
Preferably 1-3 years working experience in HR roles, with specific experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.
Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
