Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Executive role based in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, HR operations, employee relations, HR policies, and overall human resources functions within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and manage the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
2. Prepare job descriptions, post job advertisements, and screen resumes.
3. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selections.
4. Organize orientation and training programs for new hires.
5. Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
6. Implement employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and productivity.
7. Foster a positive workplace culture by organizing team-building activities.
8. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
9. Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
10. Handle payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management.
11. Assist in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
12. Support employee training and development programs.
13. Monitor and analyze employee performance data to suggest improvements.

Qualifications

1. HR Management and HR Operations skills
2. Employee Relations and HR Policies knowledge
3. Experience in all aspects of Human Resources (HR)
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work on-site in Kuching, Sibu & Bintulu.
6. Preferred to local candidates who understand the regional work culture
7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
8. The ideal candidate must be willing to be based at our HQ in Kuching for a specified period before transitioning to their designated location.
9. Possess 3 years of experience in HR.
