Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Proficiently manage and execute various recruitment platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Manage the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires, including induction programs and training.
  • Assist in implementing performance management processes such as appraisals, feedback sessions, and goal-setting.
  • Responsible to generate monthly attendance, leave management, payroll process, and prepare submission of statutory contribution of KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN & HRDF.
  • Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal information, attendance, performance evaluations, promotions, and disciplinary actions) in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Prepare and issue employment-related documentation (e.g., offer letters, contracts, certificates).
  • Prepare regular HR reports, including employee turnover, attendance trends, recruitment progress, and training metrics.
  • Manage the offboarding process, including the return of company property and the final settlement of dues.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs to foster a positive work culture.
  • Support the HR team with administrative tasks.
  • Assist seniors with special HR projects or initiatives.
  • All other duties or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or above in relevant fields.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Possesses a tenacious sense of urgency and attention to detail.
  • Strong self-driving force.
  • We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking individuals.
