Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in a related field or equivalent
• At least 1 year experience in recruitment
• Possess own transportation
• Able to travel
• Result-oriented and sales-oriented
• Knowledgeable in corporate sales

• Dress code requirement is strictly corporate attire

Responsibilities

• Negotiating contracts
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
• Drawing up short-lists
• Organizing interviews and selection events
• Making arrangements for the advertisement of vacancies
• Helping applicants to prepare for interviews
• Client visits when necessary
• Providing HR consulting to clients and candidates
• Participating in career fairs when necessary
