Key Responsibilities & Impact:
• Accurately manage and maintain employee-related data while ensuring confidentiality.
• Utilize customer relationship management tools to handle cases efficiently.
• Oversee document processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data and document workflows.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in additional languages is highly preferred (e.g., Spanish, Italian, French, German, Vietnamese, Korean, Japanese, Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese).
• 2+ years of experience in data administration and document management.
