Job description
  • Responsible for processing monthly payroll cycle and ensure timely submission of all relevant reports.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of the payroll database.
  • To compute attendance, leaves, allowance & claims to payroll system.
  • To prepare salary reports & prepare analysis for any payroll issues.
  • To assist in preparing EA forms and other government compliance forms.
  • Ensure the preparation and submission of statutory payment are done accurately before the due date.
  • Liaise with government statutory bodies (LHDN/PERKESO/KWSP & HDRF) for legal and administration requirement.
  • Preparing, maintaining and updating where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and business contracts.
  • Assist in hiring process such as job posting, prepare offer letter & induction training for new employees.
  • Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 year of working experience in related field.
  • Have some Accounting knowledge/backgrounds.
  • Able to work well under tight deadlines.
  • Must be flexible.
  • Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
  • Highly committed and motivated to perform.
  • Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees.
  • Able to work in Johor Bahru, Kempas Lama.
  • Able to join Immediately.
