Job description
Responsible for processing monthly payroll cycle and ensure timely submission of all relevant reports.
Maintenance and upkeep of the payroll database.
To compute attendance, leaves, allowance & claims to payroll system.
To prepare salary reports & prepare analysis for any payroll issues.
To assist in preparing EA forms and other government compliance forms.
Ensure the preparation and submission of statutory payment are done accurately before the due date.
Liaise with government statutory bodies (LHDN/PERKESO/KWSP & HDRF) for legal and administration requirement.
Preparing, maintaining and updating where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and business contracts.
Assist in hiring process such as job posting, prepare offer letter & induction training for new employees.
Other administrative and ad-hoc duties as and when required.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resource Management or equivalent.
Minimum 5 year of working experience in related field.
Have some Accounting knowledge/backgrounds.
Able to work well under tight deadlines.
Must be flexible.
Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa.
Highly committed and motivated to perform.
Pleasant disposition and able to work well with all level of employees.
Able to work in Johor Bahru, Kempas Lama.
