Human Resources Officer/Assistant Job Description

  1. Handle onboarding new employees, ensuring all required documents are collected and processed.
  2. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
  3. Coordinate and organize internal/external training sessions and maintain training records.
  4. Assist in preparing and distributing internal communications, memos, and reports.
  5. Prepare HR-related correspondence as needed.
  6. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  7. Identify and recommend improvements to HR processes and systems.
  8. Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  9. Support the organization of employee engagement activities and events.
  10. Able to multitask, assist in HR matters, and other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Human Resources Officer/Assistant Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.
  2. Proven minimal experience of 2-5 years as an HR Officer or in a related HR role.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  4. Understanding of Malaysia Employment Act 1957 is an added advantage.
  5. High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  6. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively support a diverse workforce and facilitate communication.
