  • Expected salary: RM2,500 - RM4,500 per month

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated HR Executive with a specialization in general HR and administration tasks to join our HR team. The HR Executive will be responsible for assisting with recruitment, employee records management, benefits administration, and providing general HR support to ensure smooth operations within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
  2. Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
  3. Assist with onboarding new employees, ensuring all documentation is completed and new hires are properly integrated into the company.
  4. Support HR staff with employee relations and performance management processes.
  5. Prepare and maintain HR-related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and confidentiality agreements.
  6. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in all HR processes.
  7. Assist with payroll processing by ensuring accurate timesheet submission and leave records.
  8. Help organize and coordinate employee training and development programs.
  9. Provide administrative support for HR-related meetings, events, and other initiatives.
  10. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits.

Qualifications:

  1. Must be willing to work at Ipoh.
  2. Diploma in Human Resources or Administration or related field preferred.
  3. Proven experience in payroll processing and administration, preferably in a retail environment.
  4. Mandarin speaker would be an added advantage in order to deal with stakeholders.
  5. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
