Company Background:

We are representing our client who is specialized in retail bakery in Klang Valley area to fill the role as HR Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize and execute the requirements of the HR & Admin Dept.
2. Seek and fill vacancies existing in the organization with suitable experienced/qualified candidates.
3. Manage the payroll administration of the Company and all statutory requirements pertaining to EPF, SOCSO, HRDF & Income Tax.
4. Formulate and implement Company policies and procedures and ensure staff compliance to such policies/procedures and rules and regulations.
5. Take charge of staff complaints and grievances, handling all disciplinary matters, conduct disciplinary inquiries and domestic inquiries.
6. Advise the management on issues/staff matters relating to labour law/employment act.
7. Perform any other duties as and when directed by Managing Director and the Management.

Job Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field.
2. Minimum 8 years of working experience in Human Resources Generalist with 3 years in a managerial role.
3. Strong knowledge in payroll and labour law.
4. Preferably candidates from Retail or F&B industry.
5. Able to read and write in English and Mandarin due to the business nature.
