Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent management, employee engagement, industrial relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement and oversee training strategies aligned with business goals.
  2. Manage the full training cycle, from Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to assessing training effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with Heads of Departments (HODs) to identify high-potential employees.
  4. Develop and manage talent development programs and succession plans.
  5. Oversee the full disciplinary action process, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  6. Advise management on IR and employment law issues.
  7. Act as the primary liaison between employees and management for grievance handling and staff welfare.
  8. Lead employee engagement initiatives such as corporate induction programs, town halls, and workshops.
  9. Foster a positive and productive workplace culture based on company values.
  10. Guide and support HODs in managing staff performance and career development.
  11. Conduct data analysis on employee performance to develop improvement programs.
  12. Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company HR policies.
  13. Maintain proper documentation and communicate policies effectively to employees.
  14. Oversee end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
  15. Manage the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of new hires and follow up on probationary assessments.
  16. Ensure adherence to internal and external regulations to mitigate legal and operational risks.
  17. Undertake additional HR-related projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of HR-related experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
  • Self-motivated, fast learner, and able to work with minimal supervision.
