Kingsbay Group is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager for a remote contract position. In this pivotal role, you will lead strategic HR initiatives to support our growing business while attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize tasks and manage their schedule efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Experience in a Human Resources Manager or similar role.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis.
• Proven track record of driving successful HR initiatives and projects.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding.
• Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Provide expert guidance and support to managers on all HR-related matters.
• Ensure the execution of training and development plans by reviewing progress and collaborating with managers to build employee skills and capabilities.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Stay up-to-date with employment legislation and regulatory changes.

• Work schedule follows US Central Time, with flexibility based on business needs.
• Must have personal equipment such as a reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and any other necessary tools to complete tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate a positive attitude towards teamwork and a willingness to go above and beyond to help achieve common goals.
