Human Resources (HR) manager

About the role

Wenma Scaffolding Solution and Service (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, ensuring the efficient and effective administration of our company's human capital.

What you'll be doing

• Developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organisation's goals and objectives
• Managing the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee relations
• Overseeing compensation and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations
• Identifying and addressing HR-related issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees
• Driving HR initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and wellbeing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align HR practices with the organisation's needs
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records and ensuring data privacy and confidentiality

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar HR management role, preferably within the construction or manufacturing industry
• Excellent understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Proficient in HR technology and systems, including HRIS and payroll management
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Certified HR professional designation (e.g., CHRP, CIPD) is preferred
