About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and organised Human Resources HR Executive / Administrator / Assistant to join our team at Neuropower (M) Sdn Bhd. In this full-time role based in Shah Alam, Selangor, you will play a key part in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the smooth running of our business.

What You'll Be Doing

Human Resources Functions

  1. Assist in recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates (if applicable).
  2. Send offer letters and handle new hire documentation.
  3. Oversee onboarding and orientation for new employees, including access card issuance, SIM card/phone setup, and workspace arrangements.
  4. Monitor staff attendance and leave management, including handling medical certificates (MCs).
  5. Identify skill gaps and training needs, organize learning programs, and coordinate workshops.
  6. Support workforce planning and collaborate with department heads to address HR needs.
  7. Improve workplace culture and diversity initiatives.
  8. Implement HR technology and automation to enhance efficiency.
  9. Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, employee engagement).
  10. Support organizational restructuring and change management.
  11. Attend management meetings to discuss HR strategies.

Office Administration & Facility Management

  1. Arrange gifts, flowers stands, birthday cakes, and hampers for clients.
  2. Handle hotel and air ticket bookings for staff travel.
  3. Oversee office item replenishment to ensure smooth operations.
  4. Monitor cleaner performance and office upkeep.
  5. Coordinate with external suppliers for office maintenance (e.g., air conditioning, plumbing, window cleaning, lift maintenance).
  6. Ensure compliance with office safety and maintenance standards.
  7. Assist in safety officer training as a backup for compliance requirements.

Event Planning and Corporate Trips

  1. Plan and host company events, including team-building activities, festive celebrations, and staff appreciation events.
  2. Organize incentive trips for esteemed clients, from vendor selection to itinerary planning.
  3. Source and liaise with vendors for company events, ensuring smooth execution and budget adherence.
  4. Manage logistics and coordination for corporate gatherings, training sessions, and staff retreats.

What We're Looking For

  1. Relevant degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field
  2. 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or generalist role, preferably in a corporate environment
  3. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach
  5. Proficient in the use of HR software and Microsoft Office applications
  6. Keen attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
  7. Fresh graduates with the relevant degree or diploma are welcome to apply.
