In this role, you’ll be pivotal in managing HR processes, streamlining administrative operations, and fostering a positive work environment across our global network.

Job Type: Full Time (Open to fresh graduates)

Salary: RM 2400 - RM 3200

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Handle recruitment process in job posting, selection, and interview arrangement.
• Provide and assist in staff counselling and disciplinary actions where necessary, including recommending the best course of action to management.
• Prepare letters including show cause letters, confirmation letters, etc.
• Check and monitor employees’ attendance and report to Manager for absenteeism if found.
• Maintain, update, and review proper filing of HR documents.
